Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@viven.store. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized products, custom orders, gift cards, and final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
