What is Zivit Compression Ankle Brace?

A flexible knitted nylon ankle sleeve with an attached adjustable figure-8 wrap. It is intended for everyday support, not medical treatment or rigid stabilization.

How do I choose a size?

Measure around your ankle about 2 inches above the ankle bone. M: 7.5–9 in; L: 9–10.4 in; XL: 10.4 in and up. Contact us if your measurement is on a size boundary.

Do I receive one brace or a pair?

One Zivit brace costs $39.99. Our Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer gives you two braces for $39.99: add any two sizes (M, L or XL) to your cart and the second becomes free automatically at checkout. No discount code needed. Free standard U.S. shipping; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Will it fit in shoes?

Zivit has a flexible knitted design without a rigid shell. Fit depends on your shoe's opening and available space, so universal shoe compatibility is not guaranteed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates may vary; refer to the shipping policy.

Can I return my order?

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our return policy. Contact support@zivit.store first. The current policy does not include an unrestricted wear-and-return trial.
